Building on the strides our sailors made this summer, BCYC’s Fall Sailing Program will have our sailors back out on the water and having fun!
Sabot Beginner and Advanced Racing
Intro to Racing: Perfect for Summer Pre-C3s and graduated Novices
BCYC Race Team: Continued development for our C3-A Sabot racers.
Friday Practices: 330 PM to 630 PM
We will run the traditional 8 week Friday Program September 11th to October 30th (Dates Below)

For additional regattas or sailor's not enrolled in the fall program, regatta charges are as follows:

*The $80-100 regatta coaching fee applies only to sailors who are not enrolled in the full fall program but would like to join BCYC coaching for a specific weekend regatta. One day regattas will be $40-50 respectively.

Families registering more than one sailor will receive 10% off each additional sibling’s registration.

Saturday Junior Mariners Class
The Junior Mariners class is open to children from 9-14 years of age, with some previous sailing experience recommended but not required. There will be three five week sessions, Fall Session 1, Fall Session 2, and a Winter Session. Course curriculum will include destination sailing, dinghy sailing, navigation and orienteering, kayaking, knots and splicing, powerboat handling, STEM education, and more. Class participants must own a United States Coast Guard (U.S.C.G.) approved life jacket fit for their daily use. Boat Charter Fee is included in the tuition. ~THERE WILL BE A MAX CAPACITY OF 12 SAILORS ~

Important Registration Notes
Junior Membership
Junior Members enjoy full access to the club waterfront and lower level facilities, access to club boats and equipment outside of program hours, as well as member pricing for all programs. Junior Members will also receive a member number which can be used to purchase food/drinks in the Columbia Room and for payment of any program-related tuition, regattas or fees. Parents of Junior Members have full access to the club during junior events. Applications are available through the Junior Sailing Director or the BCYC Front Desk.
